Each of our products is custom-built with care and attention to detail. As such, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to repair or replace the item as needed.
